The customer is a Financial Services company with several subsidiary companies in India. They needed to organize, define and access customers, funds and other data that is currently stored and managed independently across the enterprise.
The need was to review and validate the existing business processes and automate them wherever required. A rule based workflow engine was expected to be implemented to help the co-ordination of the processes. Necessary interfaces were required to be developed and deployed wherever applicable. Client requirement was for TOGAF model along with an SOA approach.
